Alan Shaw, Ph.D., has served as President of Codexis since its inception and Chief Executive Officer since 2002. As our President and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Shaw brings in-depth understanding of our day-to-day operations to our board of directors, of which he has been a member since 2002.

David Anton, Ph.D., was named Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, Process Development and Manufacturing in 2011. He served as Senior Vice President, Research and Development from 2009-2011. Dr. Anton joined Codexis in 2008 as Vice President, Research and Development, for Codexis Bioindustrials.
